What types of CP Packages and $?

Hi,
I keep hearing all this talk about CP packages and I want one!
I understand that there are 3 restuarant levels and includes preffered seating at CP.
How much are the tickets and what does it include?
Appetizer? Entree? Desert? Coffee? Wine? Tax & Tip? Per Person?
Any entree limit (ie, no steak).
Thinking of Chefs Du France and there is no French dinner without Wine!!
Finally, timing? The CP is at 5, 6:45 and 8:15 right? Can you technically do the 8:15 CP and get a see Illuminations?
I am thinking of the 6:45 CP and 7:45 PS and 9p Illuminations. Is this possible?

The only menu exceptions I've heard is lobster at Coral Reef (& LeCellier?). It includes appetizer or soup, main entree, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage.

Illuminations is at 9:30pm when CP is shown, the last show is over at 9:00pm.

They would probably not schedule your dinner before 8:00pm if you see the 6:45pm show. It's about 45 minutes.
