What to wear to Josh Groban concert? - UPDATED-I'm back!

I saw Josh Groban in Toronto on March 5 and there were people dressed up and people very casual. Josh usually wears dark jeans. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. Now if you have backstages pasess, like we did in 2004, I would dress up.

Enjoy the concert and take your camera...didn't stop us at the Air Canada Centre...Josh walks through the audience during the song In Your Eyes and you never know, you might be very lucky to get a great photo of Josh!!!!!

Ok guys, I'm back from the concert. No need to get heated! I'm sure you'd all be quite ashamed of me, anyway. It had rained all day, so I didn't change out of my regular clothes like I intended. I just didn't want to. It was a miserable day. So I wore dark jeans, a cashmere t-shirt, and sneakers. My feet were not getting wet. Honestly, I was dressed about the same as 95% of people, or better. Then, there were about 3% who looked like they came from work. The other 2% (probably less) looked like they were going to an amazingly formal wedding or a ball, maybe. That was a little odd. We were in the expensive seats and surrounded by people in jeans, so it was all good.

Some comments on the show: It was fabulous. I don't know his music (other than You Raise Me Up), but I really enjoyed it. I need his new cd! My venue was very strict on cameras. I saw very few that managed to be sneaked in. We were seated in the VIP lounge while waiting to get in, and the people going to eat in the restaurant were going in there. We were able to see them get checked well and knew that we made the right decision to leave the camera. I found a t-shirt that I really wanted, but when I went down between the opening act and the show, it had already sold out! If anyone knows where else I can buy this shirt, let me know!

Her name is Angelique Kidjo

The song they sang together is "Pearls". I believe this is the song that Josh sings with her on her new CD Djin Djin that is scheduled to be released on May 1/07.
