What to make for lunch?

Oh I just have no idea what to make today! I am home alone and want something plain and simple without alot of mess!

Hamburger Helper!!! I recomend the Crunchy Taco one, but buy extra chips because they're awfully stingy.

How about your homemade mac and cheese ? Seriously, that sure sounds good.
I am trying to clean out my freeer so we are having beef stroghanoff.
Tomorrow it will be Italian Beef in the crock pot

Quick and easy is always soup (canned).
I am thinking about chili too (has been rainy and cloudy here).
