What to get first - luggage or rental car?

Called Hertz. They said since I'm a Hertz Gold Rewards member, they have my DL on file (I vaguely remember inputting my number when I signed up). They told me to do online check in which will immediately tell me which car is reserved for me. I can bypass the kiosk completely! Just go grab my bag, get to the car I've been assigned to, show my paperwork to the attendant in the garage and I'll be on my way! Easy peasy!
