What to do to change ticket dates?

We recently cancelled our December trip for which we had dated tickets. How do we change these unused tickets to April? We changed out travel dates to go on an April trip?

Your tickets may or may not be valid for use in April 2021.
(Even if they are not, you can still use their original value to help purchase new tickets.)
Go to the tickets listing/section of your MDX account and see if you CAN change the ticket dates.
If not, you need to call Disney and have a CM assist you.
