What to do for my husband's birthday in Disney?

My fiance & I are getting married in May and are going to disney for a week as part of our honeymoon. We will be there for his birthday, it will be our last day in Disney and the next day we are departing on a Carnival Cruise. On his birthday we are going to Animal Kingdom (since he will get in free). I would like to do something special for him for his birthday that he will not suspect. I saw that you can order a speciality cake from the Tusker House- but my thinking is- the fact that we will HAVE to go here sometime during our park trip may throw our day at the park off- don't you think? If I make a reservation for a certain time we may not make it.

Therefore, I was thinking of trying to do something special when we leave the park- whether it be having a cake delivered or having something special delivered or going out to a nice restuarant and having them do a cake. I am just unaware of anything in or around Disney. We are not staying in a disney resort- we are in the hilton grand vacations on Arezzo way. I've only been to Disney once- when I was 5 so I'm clueless of what to do for him.

Any ideas?

No. Now I'm not saying that you have to do it either. But one meal reservation is not going to cause problems with a relaxing, "go with the flow" sort of park visit. Now if you meant that the reservation might break the surprise, well...people make reservations all over the parks for meals, just for the chance to eat at those places, simply because they're so popular and busy. Maybe make another reservation somewhere during the visit, so that it doesn't seem so "out of the ordinary" for the trip?
