What to Bring For 9 Day Stay in BWV Studio??

I'm going to have to remember the pop-up hamper thing. Where can I get one of those? THANKS!

CRSNDSNY,

Here's an example sold by Linen n Things for $8.99. You can find them in most Linen departments, like Target, Wal-Mart, etc.

They fold flat, down to a small circle. I purchased mine at the $1 store, but these are probably more durable. They are the perfect height to store under the vanity.

Another tip: I keep my Ziploc Bag of Detergent and Dryer sheets in the bottom of the hamper and throw the dirty clothes on top. That way when it's time to wash, I just grab and go.

Just about anywhere: Target, Wal*Mart, K-Mart, Walgreens, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc.. I buy the ones that are somewhat rectagular and not circular. They fold up my twisting and then "folds" into the pocket for storage. There are two different kinds, one that is tall and skinny and another that is short and long. They are actually the same size but just a different orientation. It's hard to find the short one but I think that would work best for shoes.

ETA: The tall one is in the picture above this post. The short one is the same kind of hamper, but turned on its side.

We also bring a pop up hamper when staying in a studio. Also, a real knife and several sheets of foil, plastic wrap, Ziplocs and a couple Gladware containers. Last trip I also had Staples deliver water. I also send a box down four or five days before we leave with detergent, coffee, filters, salt and pepper, sugar packets, some cereal (I take it out of the box and put it in Ziplocs for more room)some English muffins, small bottle of jelly, and those new little tubs of peanut butter. I usually use UPS at a shipping cost of about $12, but, last time I used FedEx for about $9. Last trip I also sent some of the new dehydrated bacon to cook in the microwave. I also usually take as my carryon an insulated Thermos bag with some of our favorite snack stuff (cheeses, pepperoni (can't get good stuff in the stores around WDW), some crackers, etc.

Hey Bill! Just wondering what you thought of BWV? I see you have another trip or two planned...are you DVC hooked? :goodvibes

It was absolutely fabulous, and we just paid a deposit on 8 days there next Feb. 28 - March 6. We're doing the Food & Wine thing in Oct at Swan on the Teacher's Discount, but that was a late decision based on the fact that we bought APs this trip and we couldn't see letting the days left on them just go to waste. I can see trying to get into the DVC with BWV as our home resort in a couple of years. We've got a daughter planning a June 2008 wedding and shortly after that our mortgage will be retired so the way will be clear to become Two Trip Per Year folks. Thanks for all the advice you provided for the trip just past.
