what times are considered lunch and dinner

We are planning some PS's for our couples only trip in FEB. Does anyone have the information on what time is considered lunch and when the menu changes to the dinner time? We want to eat at several sit-down restaurants, especially in EPCOT, and would rather eat a big lunch than waiting later in the day. Thanks.

I think most places have 4:00 as the cut off for lunch time and prices...

Alfredos (Italy) Lunch 12-4:15/ Dinner 4:30pm

Biergarten (Germany) Lunch 12-3:45/ Dinner 4:15

Bistro De Paris (France) Dinner 6:00pm-8:45pm

Chefs De France (France) Lunch 12-3/ Dinner 5:00-9pm

Coral Reef (Living Seas) Lunch 12-3pm/ Dinner 4:30-8pm

Le Cellier (Canada) Lunch 12-3/ Dinner 4:00

Resturant Marrakesh (Morocco) Lunch 12-3:45/ Dinner 4:00

Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki (Japan) Lunch 12-3:45/ Dinner 4:30

Nine Dragons (China) Lunch 12-4:15/ Dinner 4:30

Rose & Crown (Great Britian) Lunch 12-4/ Dinner 4:30

San Angel (Mexico) Lunch 12-4/ Dinner 4:30

**The ones that don't have an ending time for dinner vary based on park closing time.

Cinderella's Royal Table... Lunch 11:30-3:15/ Dinner 4pm

Brown Derby... Lunch 11:30-3/ Dinner 3:30

Boma...Does not offer Lunch/ Dinner 5pm-10pm

Jiko...Does not offer lunch/ Dinner 5:30-10pm

Beaches and Cream open from 11am to 11pm

Kona Cafe... Lunch 12-3pm/ Dinner 5-10pm

California Grill does not offer lunch/ Dinner 5:30-10pm

**again those park resturants without a closing time vary with the park hours. ***
