Would like to try Cirque this Oct. Am planning to do it on a Sat night.
Would you see the 6:00 show first then eat a nice dinner in DD or would you
eat first and see the 9:00 show? My kids are 7 and 9. The will probably be very hungry if we wait until after the show but I am thinking that we wouldn't get home as late if we see the show first and eat second. Can we make PS at House of Blues?
Thanks for your input.

We ate after the 9pm show. I would suggest eating first and then when the show is over it is roughly 10:30 and you can head back for some sleep!! Just my opinion. :flower:

We went last Nov with DD(7) and DS(6) and we opted for the early show. I am glad we did because the days are so full that I think the kids would have been too tired to appreciate the show as much as they did. (They konked out every night when their head hit the pillow.) It is alot of money to spend if the kids are tired and cranky. We actually planned it so we had light snacks in the day and ate a late afternoon meal. We then got to walk around after the show and enjoy DTD.

I agree with eating first, then see the show. We did the 6:00 show and then dinner at Cali Grill, and it was our anniversary, just the 2 of us, but it was quite late when we were all finished. Never could have done it with the kids.

Have a great trip! :sunny:

We did the 6pm show in March! :cool1: We did the tea at the GF beforehand and really enjoyed it! :Pinkbounc After the show we did deserts! :Pinkbounc It was a great and memorable evening! My ds (8) loved every minute of it!

I would do the early show - maybe you can try a late lunch early dinner before the show and dessert after the show.

We had late afternoon snacks and did the 6 pm show with a 9 yo. Afterwards we got pizza at Puck's Express, and ate a little after 8. The food somewhat "revived" him, so we walked around DTD afterwards until we were ready to go back to the room and get DS to bed. This worked out well, as I don't think he would have stayed awake for the 9 pm show frankly - he was so exhausted after a day in the park and in the pool......This is a kid who's not a nightowl however, if yours is you might be Ok for the 9pm show.

We're seeing the 9 o'clock show on Oct 22. We're going to AK that day and will leave early afternoon. Head back to CSR for a swim and to relax before changing and heading out for our last evening in WDW. We're eating at Capt. Jack's first, and then a leisurely walk thru the shops as we head over to Cirque.
