What time to leave resort for flight?

When using Magical Express, what time do you leave for the airport with a 1:30pm flight?

I believe previous posts have indicated anywhere from 2-3 hours out from departure time. This probably varies depending on season and how busy the resorts are.

We have used ME 4-5 times. Pickup time is always closer to 2.75 - 3.25 hours.

Figure in the area of about 10:30, give or take 15 minutes. Yes, it seems excessive, but with the security line issues at MCO, it's better to be on the early side rather than obsessing about being late for your flight.
