What time to leave EP for ME?

We will be at Epcot on our last day, Monday September 23. We are flying out on AirTran and the flight leaves at 8:10 pm. This is before food and wine starts and a recommended Epcot day. What time should we leave Epcot to catch ME at the POP. We will need to pick up our carryon from luggage services

I would be at the bus stop no later than 90 minutes before your scheduled pick up time.

Well, to be safe, you'll need to be standing at the ME bus stop ready to board about 15 minutes prior to your pick up time.

Pick up time will probably be about 5:10 pm (3 hours prior to flight time), and you should allow at least 15 minutes to get your carry-on bags from Bell Services.

I'd allow one hour to get back to POP via bus.

That means you should be at the EPCOT bus stop for POP no later than 3:45 pm. If it were me, I'd aim for 3:30 pm.

You can adjust the times based on the actual pick up time ME gives you - you should get a letter the night before check-out with the exact time.

Your back-up plan is a cab, so if you cut it too close and miss the bus, plan to spend about $50+ to get to the airport.

You could exit Epcot at the International Gateway and walk to Beach Club. Then take a cab back to Pop from there. It shouldn't be more than $10 or so...the resorts are very close to each other...about an 8 min ride. If you do that, I would plan on exiting Epcot's WS by 4ish. It will take about 5 mins to walk to BC, then get a cab and make the under 10 min ride back to Pop. It could take 2 mins or it could take 15 mins, to get your carryon bags out of storage!!! Then you have time for a last minute potty break and maybe run through the gift shop one last time. Be out at the DME bus stop no less than 15 mins prior to the time you are given.

If you take the bus back? I would leave by 3:30.
