What time to call in?

I live in Central zone. When free dining drops what time should I call in? I think they open at 7:00 Eastern, so 6:00 for me. But does calling before 6:00 get me in a line or will it not even pur me in a que until 6:00?

Phones have opened for free dining at different times each year. Some years it's been 4:00am, others 7:00am and some years in between. There is no rule!

The phone line opens at 7 AM ET. Never before that.....Online, things have opened up as early as 4 AM......But normally it is more like 5 or 6 AM.....
