what time to allow for ps

how much time should I allow for breakfast at CP on a normal 9am opening day at MK. is 8 too late, too early (this is in Jan.) also whispering canyon for lunch from MK... is an hr and 1/2 enough time...30 mins to get there, 1 hr for lunch? what to for dinner at CG if we want to watch fireworks, say fw are at 6:15, should I make it for 6, how long would we normally have to wait to be seated? same with Ohana's should I just make it for after 8 and figure everything at MK will be done by then? (historic times are any where from 6-8 for fireworks and parade) btw all these PS are not for the same day at MK...we would be rolling through the parks if they were.
