Hi
Later this month I will be at my 180 day mark and I can start making my dining reservations.

I was wondering what time will they open? Ie is it midnight in Fl / 5am here in Uk ?

Also for those that require credit card do you have to add it to MDE beforehand ?
Thank you for your help :goodvibes

Your window will open up at midnight USA time. I would only bother getting up at daft o clock for the most popular at the moment, which are Anna & Elsa meet and greet, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and maybe the new Frozen ride in Norway EPCOT, but I'm not sure it will be open then. As for the other rides you won't have a problem I'm sure. We were still switching times when we were there in August :-)

Thanks it's mainly for my fantasmic dining package & hoop de doo -

I thought the fast pass + was 60 days not the 180?

To clarify, when booking dining reservations you can book at 11am (UK time) on the app and midday (UK time) by phone. depending on what date you are booking, remember that the clocks change later this month so the time difference might be slightly off. It is 6am and 7am Eastern (Florida) time respectively for online or phone bookings. You might find it easier if you have your credit card lined first but as you aren't trying for anything particularly hard to get, then it probably won't matter if you don't have it linked.

For FP+ reservations, ChipandDaleRule is right, you can book these at midnight Eastern (5am UK time). But unless you want Anna & Elsa I would not bother getting up that early. I had no trouble getting 7 Dwarfs Mine Train twice for my trip later this month and didn't make our FP+ reservations till about 6am.

ETA: It looks like our clocks go back on 26th October so, for another week (until 2nd November), we will be only 4 hours ahead instead of 5. So, if you are booking between 26th October and 2nd November, you will be able to book at 10am online and 11am by phone.

Yes, online is via the app or website (I have had better luck with the website than the app). At 11 am (or 10 if after 26th October).

Telephone number is 001 407 939 3463.

Fastpass+ not available until 60 days out (30 for off site - although I know you are staying onsite).

Thank you so much:thumbsup2

Sorry for asking so many questions - just trying to get my head around things !

Sorry, completely read question wrong! That will teach me to not reply to threads before my morning coffee ;-)

Just to add a few extra tips.

I've just completed my ADR's for our March trip. Once your 180 day mark arrives the online dining calendar will then highlight for 10 days of your trip. I actually found this appear around 9am for me but not sure why :confused3.

Once you have made the first reservation and entered a credit card guarantee you have the option to save this for further bookings. This saves time on the next reservations.

Last year I made all my reservation online for 180 plus 10 with no problem but this year it would show me the availability but wouldn't let me book so I did have to ring through a few reservations that I knew would be a problem if I left them. Disney have looked into why this was happen but can't see a problem. I just hope it doesn't happen when I reach my fastpass+ booking date. Once I within 180 days (rather then the +10 part) I could book online with no problem.

I believe the UK dining number transfers you through to the US (or at least it did last year) so when you ring you need to be within both the UK and US opening hours. I ended up just ringing the US number as it was a Sunday evening by the time I gave up on the online system and rang through.
