I wish it was 52 here. Snow flurries off and on here at the moment. Supposed to really snow again tonight.

Well not so warm as yesterday even had some snow overnight. Not much just a dusting and it's gone now.



It's 3:40p and 40 degrees!

We had 4 fabulous days at Universal Studios/Hollywood. The weather was amazing. Back home now and so much to do and so little time as more company arrives for the New Year's!!!

The weather in SoCal is going to be and has been AMAZING! Sunny and warm. Still amazes me after living my whole life in New England (and now 4 years in SoCal) that I am wearing SHORTS in December!!!

It is 7:34pm on 12/27/11 and it is 71 degrees and we are expecting a cold front to come through tonight....gonna be in the 50's in the AM and the high will be 82 tomorrow and 70 on Thursday!!! SO excited for it to feel like winter around here....

Just popping in to say MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY HOLIDAYS and HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone here! Glad to hear everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Thumper Man, loved your Mickey Christmas greeting!

We had a very, very nice Christmas. So much fun with the grandkids and our grown kids! It's been a whirlwind of activity...people coming and going...way too much food...lots of fun and wonderful little moments here and there and much laughter. Other than one ceramic Christmas train coming to an untimely end, and one person getting a shoe stuck on a glue trap in the garage, all is well!

And, oh yeah, the weather! Absolutely gorgeous! We're in a string of sunny days in the mid/high 70s. Love it! My cousin and her husband are flying in tomorrow from Maine and they are so excited for warm temps!

We have tickets for the Rose Parade and the post-parade float viewing. We're staying near Universal Studios, so we also plan to at least hit City Walk. I hear temps in Pasadena should be in the high 70s while we're there. Can't wait!

Oh luv, you are in luck, we are having some really amazing weather here in SoCal!!! As far as CityWalk, we were just in Hollywood for 4 days; staying right at the Hilton/Universal. We had a fabulous time!!! Let's see, we ate at Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Bubba Gump's Shrimp Co, Buca Di Beppo (Italian), Saddle Ranch Chop House!!! All very good. Will you do Universal Studios?

My DS' girlfriend flew in today from Boston. (They are in law school together.) I am so thrilled that Mike will have an amazing week to show Kaitlin everything. Its her first time in California. She left Boston during a terrible pouring rain storm. She was so thrilled when she landed in SUNNY SoCal.

It is 8:19p and 66 right now in Kissimmee and clear as as a bell....though that will soon change as a cold front rolls in tonight, bringing highs tomorrow to the low 50's and the lows in the low 30's....FL weather, changes on a whim

Happy Belated New Year everyone.

Wow, can't believe how fast 2011 went by. Seems like just yesterday we were at WDW and this is the year we're going back. Also headed to DL. Double whoop whoop.

Weather has been quite nice for this time of year. Cold at night and warm during the days. Dry again. La Nina is taking over so I think we've seen all the snow we're going to get this year. Hopefully not but sure looking that way.

9:25 am and it's currently 30 degrees. On our way to 51 today.
