It's 2:11p and 76 degrees, warm but now getting cloudy again

Still no freakin' sun! grr My roses are hurting for it. 12:43 66 degrees no sun and I'm having company for my son's confirmation on Sat. Hopefully my yard will look better by then.

Yesterday was warm and mostly cloudy here, got up to 78 degrees. It was humid too!


Well not so much today, NO SUN so far!

Cloudy outside, but not from rain clouds. Smoke clouds. Winds have shifted and all the smoke from the AZ wildfires are blowing into our state. Also a fire in our state that is close to these fires that is adding to this cause as well. Can't even see our own mountains, that's how much smoke there is.

69 degrees and showers after a weekend in the 90's. I am grateful for the cool-down and the rain - gets me out of dragging the hose around the yard for a couple of days.

Well its the usual broken record over here in SoCALI … sun sun sun sun sun every single day. Our temps have been FABULOUS. 70's and very doable for a ton of fun in the sun.

So today … SUN …

Well this past weekend was HOT and sunny! We went away to Maine and had a great time.

It's 11:39a and 67 degrees, it's foggy this morning around here.

Yes, Everything is fine now. Well at least in my part of the state. All the smoke was actually from the fire burning in the Southwest part of our state. Saturday was horrible to be outside. Sunday the winds shifted and took most of the smoke with it. Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day. Highs in the low 80's.

The fire is on track to be the largest fire in our state's history. Even surpassing the large wild fire we had last year. Without any rain in sight, it will probably break our states record. As of the weekend, it was still 0% contained. At the rate we're having forest fires, I don't know if there will be anything left to burn. This drought is really hurting our state bad.

Right now, another beautiful day. Bright and sunny. No smoke at the moment. Winds are supposed to crank up again. Which also hasn't helped fight the fire.

10:18 am and it's currently 69 degrees.

Kar, with all the smoke over the weekend, your Mike may have felt he was back in Cimarron. The smell of a campfire.

Oh Mike, my Mike had an experience this weekend. One of his law buddy's is getting married in late July and the grooms men all decided to take him to the INDY 500. OMG. It was BLASTED BLASTED BLASTED hot. People fainting everywhere and one of the buddies that was with them fainted and was very sick from sun stroke. All in all, it was yes a fun race but the heat just was NASTY.

I have been spending a lot of time outdoors! The past few days have been gorgeous with sunshine and temps in the high 80s/low 90s. However, after today we're looking at temps back in the 100s. Friday is supposed to hit 108 degrees. That's a bit warm!

On Monday we woke up to 3.1 inches of snow

It has been snowing yesterday and today as well. Now we have 3.5 inches of snow. Right now at 8 pm the sun is shining outside.

This is NOT normal even if I live at almost 70º North in Tromsø, Norway.

SUN SUN SUN SUN in the OC. Usually in the Spring, they have whats called MAY GREY and JUNE GLOOM, where in the morn its usually this 'marine layer' …. WELL we have had NONE of that this YEAR at all!!!
