What time has the DCL Bus been leaving from the airport Hyatt

Have Concierge and just wondering if it’s going to get us out there early enough?

We were on the 9/24 sailing of the Fantasy and we stayed at the Hyatt the evening before. We were on Bus #1 leaving the Hyatt and we boarded around 9:15am. We were off the bus walking inside the terminal by 10:15am.

We were through Platinum check-in and security and were upstairs by 10:25 am.

They started boarding around 11:30 am and we were on board at 11:50am. (Just looked a the time stamp on my photos.) We were boarding group 3. Hope this helps!

Just another thing to add. We were told to be in the lobby of the Hyatt between 8:15-8:30 am for DCL check in and we got there a little before 8 am and we checked in to get Bus #1. There were alot of us that morning so my suggestion is to get to the Hyatt DCL check in early. We were able to then go and get a quick ChickFilA breakfast before we boarded the bus to Port Canaveral.

What do you mean bus #1? We’ve stayed at WDW resorts before and there was never more than one bus from our resort, but staying at the hyatt in a couple of weeks and not sure what we need to do to get on the first bus.

There have been multiple reports of so many guests boarding at the Hyatt that it fills more than 1 bus. Based on PP's experience, I'd say get to the Hyatt lobby by at least 8am to get the first bus. And make sure your transfers are listed as being from the Hyatt, not MCO.

No, that is for buses from the MCO airport pick-up location. Those buses do run continuously approximately every 20 minutes into the early-afternoon. There is a bus pick-up directly at the Hyatt MCO lobby for those guests staying at the Hyatt. You must book the Hyatt through DCL or inform DCL of your reservation to be included on the list of guests allowed to board from the Hyatt lobby.

Oh that’s alright then. We aren’t trying for a port upgrade or anything so I don’t need to be first in the door. Just didn’t want to be there after lunch either!

We arrived to the lobby about 30 minutes before our paper said and there was already a long line. We should have been 45-an hour early (8/6). We ended up making the first bus because a lot of those in front of us were in larger groups and opted to stay together. We were on the bus at 9:06am. Boarding group 3. Eating at 12:09 in Animators. We were delayed boarding because the cruise before ours was slow to unload.

When we sailed the Fantasy in July there were at least 6 buses from the Hyatt because we were on number 5 and I know there was another one behind us. We arrived right in the Hyatt lobby when they told us to and there were so many people! It didn't matter in the end though. We still arrived before boarding had even begun.

The piece of paper we got at checkin said to meet down in the lobby of the Hyatt at 8:50 for a 9:20 departure. The first bus actually departed around 9 AM. We ended up being on the fifth bus at around 10:15 or so. We arrived around 11:15 at the port. Check in and security took us about 30 min (we were still Gold at the time), they didn’t board until around 11:45. Then there was a super long time between groups 3 and 4. Finally around 12:20, our group (5) was called to board.

So the takeaway is that even if you aren't on the first bus, there's still a good chance you'll get there before they even begin boarding. Either way, you're waiting, either at the Hyatt or at the port.

They took our bags from the room beginning at 8 am.
