What time does WDW dining reservations "open" by phone?

I live in the EST zone. My 180 day mark is tomorrow. What time can I start calling 407-WDW-DINE?

Phone is 7am EST. Online "rolls over" at 6am EST.

I did not know about the 6 am "rollover" for the online reservations.
So, if I sign in to my Disney account, can I (theoretically) make all of my reservations for 180 + 10 days at 6:00 tomorrow? I assumed to do the 180 +10 you had to call.

You can start online at 6am...just took care of cost of mine thispast Monday morning. Just be logged into your account and ready to go. (I did have some problems with the system -I think on my end. I ended up having to clear ,y cache/cookies so that it would stop giving me error messages.). Good luck!

And yes - you can do the 180 + 10 online - as long as you have your resort confirmation number.

Question:

Can 2 people be logged in to the same account on 2 different machines?

My wife and I will be making our ADR's in a couple weeks, on line, and it'll go a lot faster if we can both sign in.
