what time does the monorail open from epcot-mk?

We are planning on parking our cars at epcot and taking the monorail to the mk and staying there for a few hours before returning to epcot. We plan on getting to the park as soon as they open.
Will the monorail to mk from epcot be open? Lets say the mk/epcot both open at 9am. Will the monorail be open around 7:30am?

I think its 2 hours before the parks open. They are closed 1 hour after the parks close.
