What time does the disney transfer get you to the port?

Hi all - we are getting the Dinsey Bus from our WDW resort to the cruise terminal.....what time does this usually arrive @ the port?

We left the Animal Kingdom at 12:45 and were on the ship by 2. The transfer leaves POFQ (also stayed there) at 11:30 so you would probably be there by 1 if you choose to leave from the resort.

We did the land/sea but chose to get to the port on our own since we wanted to get Palo ressies and spa ressies and I felt that the late time they leave would mean a chance I wouldn't be able to get a Palo ressie. I was watching the Disney Cruise bus pick up people at POR and it was nuts, the line was backed up from the lobby to the restaurants waiting to board the buses!
