what time does PC port open

I thought it was 10 but have heard 10.30

The DCL terminal at Port Canaveral usually opens the doors at 10:30am for the Dream or Fantasy embarkation days, and at 11:00am for the Magic or Wonder if embarking there. You may be allowed into the area to park and line up outside the building around 10am, though that can vary.
