What time does it get dark in CA in the summer?

OK, I know silly question!! But I love riding rollercoasters in the dark so was wondering what time it got dark so I could plan to ride some of the coasters later!! Here in the UK in the summer it doesn't start to get dark till gone 10pm. I remember last time I visited CA that it got dark sooner than I expected and as they have Fantasmic at 9pm I guess it has to be dark by then. So how long before that will it be fully dark?

eh, its a lot earlier than that... around 6:00 it gets pretty dark. Ill find out tonight...

I was referring to summer, June/July/August. I think that's what the OP wanted.

Not sure if they have these for sale in the UK, but The Old Farmer's Almanac has this sort of information. Vital for planning an outdoor wedding.

I think you have to subscribe to get the info from the site, and if you CAN get the book, it has the information for the year.

Of course, googling might also get you that sort of information as well.

8:30-9pm in the summertime.

Many times you do not even notice until the temp starts to drop.2030-1930 is a good guess for August.
