What time does guest services in Epcot open?

We will be getting to WDW around 7:00 am on the day of our trip. We are going to check in at ASMovies (I know our room probably will not be ready, but just want to check in as we will be spending most of the day in Epcot). We have an ADR at 8:30 am for Akershus, and the park opens at 9:00 am. I still need to upgrade my ticket and purchase our TIW card...will I be able to do that before our ADR?

Approx. 7:30am, outside the gates.

Guest Relations opens approx. 30 minutes prior to guests entering the park.
That includes guests with early ADR's and tours.

BTW, you can do the transactions that you described at any ticket booth that's open, as well.

Every Park entrance (including TTC and IG) will have at least one Ticket and one Guest Relations Window open at least 30 minutes prior to the first Guest being allowed into the Park. And this takes into consideration both pre-opening dining reservations as well as Morning EMH.

Each location Guest Relations Window will remain open as long as there are Guests in the Park.
