What time does DTD marketplace open?

I was just there this past Friday! According to my guidemap,
the marketplace opens for shopping from 9:30am-11:00pm
for dining from 10:30am-11:00pm
Westside opens for shopping 10:30am-11:00pm
and dining and entertainment 11:00am-12:00midnight
