What time does breakfast end?

Does anyone know what time they stop serving from the breakfast menu at River Belle Terrace? I want to eat as late in the morning as possible, but gotta try those Mickey pancakes!

They switch over to lunch at 11 am I think. In all honesty, I think River Belle's pancakes are gross--they need to cook them longer as they're still mushy in the middle.
