What time does Blue Bayou switch from lunch to dinner?

I know the Blue Bayou only serves the Monte Cristo for lunch, so I was wondering what time they stop serving it. Anyone know?

I just made my reservation yesterday! The last sitting for lunch is 3:30. I was worried that we'd feel rushed to leave so they could set up for dinner, but she said that they don't close the restaurant, they only transition to the new menus. She made it a point to tell me that the Monte Cristo was not available on the dinner menu.
