on most nights ?

about midnight, then I will either watch tv or read for another 30 min or so

I go to bed early. It depends on what I want to watch I may go to bed at 8 just to watch my shows. SO it can be from 8 up. I don't always go to sleep that early.

I cant watch to much tv in bed cause my back will hurt after a while, almost all tall people seem to have back issues

Usually 9pm and then watch TV for a little while. I have to get up for work at 5am.

I try to be IN BED by midnight, but I usually watch TV until 1am or 2am.

My DH works nights, and gets home at 7am. Since DD currently sleeps until 9am, I am taking advantage of that, and staying up later so that I can sleep in with my DH for a couple hours before DD gets up!

Around 11 or 11:30, then I'll read for a half hour or so. Not very smart considering my 5 year old is up at 6:30 am every morning!

On nights when I have work the next day, I try to be in bed by 11:30pm and will read for about 1/2 hour.

Other nights it varies.

11-12. No television in the bedroom - I am completely opposed to that.

LOL, 6:30 am. I try to get to bed by midnight because I have to get up at 4:30.

I work 2nd shift so I get home around 1230 if I get out of work on time. Usually in bed by 1, asleep by 230 after checking email and things.

Usually between 10:30 and 11.

If I'm teaching, I'll try to be in bed by 9:30 or 10 to wake up at 5:45am then next morning.. otherwise, I'm a zombie!

Usually between midnight and 1am. I get my DD up for school at 6:45, and after I drop her off, I often go back to bed (I'm usually back in bed by 7:30 and sleep for another hour or 1 1/2 hours)

Usually around 12:30. Later when I have a gig because my wife wants my toe to settle down so I don't keep her awake (can't help it - still keeping the beat for a few hours after I stop playing). No TV in the bedroom for us.

During the school year when I'm teaching, I try to be in bed by 11:30, but sometimes it is midnight or later. I get up at 5:50am. During the summer when I'm off of work I go to bed around 1 or 1:30 and I get up sometime between 8:30 and 9:00. I could sleep later but then I end up staying up even later and get into a vicious cycle.

This is pretty much how I am, except it's been 11 or later when I've gone to bed...spending too much time on my laptop planning for our vacation! Then I read in bed for about 30 minutes, so it's been as late as midnight when I finally turn out my light. We don't have a TV in our bedroom either.

I have a 5:45A wake up during the week that just came to an end (schools out). So I try and get in bed before midnight but I am a night owl by nature. If I have no time to be up in the AM I will stay up till around 2-3A. I'm STILL in bed before my kids! :rotfl:

Around 10 PM to try and get that 7 hrs. of sleep they say you should get for health. Any later and I sleep to long any sooner up at 3 AM.

i have poor sleeping habits.
all 5 in our hh have different schedules which keeps me unable to get to bed at a decent time.

i can go to bed at 1:30 in the morning but if i don't sleep, i get up and read until about 3:30 am.

have to be up by 8:30 in the morning so i drink a lot of coffee until i am functional.
