What time do the shops in Downtown Disney open?

Does anyone know what time the shops in Downtown Disney open? We want to get some shopping done before heading over to Disney Quest at 11:30am.

In Downtown Disney Marketplace they open at 9:30 AM and in Downtown Disney West Side they open at 10:30 AM.

Does anyone know what time the shops in Downtown Disney open? We want to get some shopping done before heading over to Disney Quest at 11:30am.

The hours at DTD are the same the year-round.
