What time do character meet and greets start?

Specifically the princesses at DL and the ones like Sully and the Toy Story characters at DCA?

According to the Times Guide from earlier this month, the Royal Hall opened with the park (and closed at 7:00 pm). Kenny the Pirate has the Hollywood Blvd characters (including Sully) starting at park opening, while the Toy Story characters start around 10:30 am.

You can see Sully at the monster's inc ride shortly after DCA rope drop. They get the kids to scream and then choose a screamer of the day, then you can get your photo with Sully before going on the ride.

I haven't seen the Toy Story characters in DCA, but I have seen Woody and Jesse in the ranch area. Just ask the CMs there what time they are expected to arrive.

We never could catch Sulley. Poor Monster needed a lot of breaks but I don't blame him. Got Jessie and Buzz but missed Woody. They said he would be back in 50 minutes at one point but he didn't come. Two out of three of the Toy Story isn't bad.
