What time do buses start running?

So we have an 8:05 am reservation at Crystal Palace on a day that MK doesn't open until 9am. I've heard that buses don't start running until an hour before parks open. Is this correct? If so, how will we get to our reservation in time? We're staying at Pop if that matters.

Buses do run earlier than that...they wouldn't get ADRs at that time if they didn't. I would be at the bus stop no later than 7:30 though.

One hour is the recommended travel time for early reservations.

For an ADR at 8:05, be out at the MK bus stop no later than 7:15. These buses start by 6:30 every morning, but they run less frequently. If you just miss one, you may have to wait for another 25 mins before the next one comes. You should be able to be on one by 7:30, which will get you to MK in time.
