What time can you get into MK for MVMCP?

Hi! I have tickets for MVMCP on 11/30, but do not want to have to buy a full day's admission to MK (we are coming from the Disney Cruise) for just a few hours. What time can we enter MK with our MVMCP tickets? Thanks!

last year when the park closed for the day, we had to go to tomorowland until it was time for the reopening of the party.

We have tickets for the 11/30 MVMCP too and a CM told me they will let you in starting at 4:00 with only your MVMCP ticket.
