What time can I make online reservation?

What time of day can I make an online reservation when the 7 month window? Midnight, 7 a.m., 9 a.m.? I am trying to get a studio at Boardwalk for Food and Wine so I need to try the first day the 7 month window opens!

So does on-line have a one hour "advantage" over phone reservations? I wonder if the on-line system will accept a booking at the same resort as we already hold resizes for a studio. W booked a studio at 11 months, but we really want a 1 BR. Rather than all we'd have to borrow (we borrowed as it was), we're hoping to switch to a 1 BR at 7 months.
