Hello All,

We are planning a trip for January 2007, I know in the past when I went (January 2002) I remember we were able to get a special where it was buy one pass get one half off. Has this special been running since?

I was talking to the Disney Store cast member today and they are upping the park passes on Wednesday, I wasn’t told the exact amount but he said the 7day park hopper will be going up to aprox $35CND per day, instead of 33.

So I am torn on what pass to get, let me know your suggestions!

I am looking at getting the Park hopper for 7 days.
- Buy now at get the 7 day hopper for $33/day from the Disney Store
- buy directly from Disney, in doing so I save $20.00 US, (we are having our wedding there, thus that is the discount)
- wait for the buy one get one half off special

AS well I am open to any other suggestions!

Thank you to all in advance!

Cheers,
Charlene

Sign up for the monthly newsletter at www.mousesavers.com. The newsletter comes out on the 15th of the month, and has links for special discounted tickets at ticketmania and undercovertourist. I have personally bought tickets from ticketmania with the mousesavers link in the past, and they are an excellent company to deal with. We saved about $150 CDN on our tickets (3 adult, 1 child) over buying from WDW direct. Right now, undercovertourist has a slightly better rate, because they do not charge for delivery (neither did ticketmania when I bought from them last year, but they started charging for delivery a few months ago).

For this trip, I will be ordering 10 day, non-expiring tickets from undercovertourist via the mousesavers link. We will be able to stretch these tickets over 3 trips. If you enjoy WDW enough to expect to go back ( and I have to think that you do if you are having your wedding there!), then these would be the most cost effictive tickets, if you can save some days for your next trip.

As far as the buy one, 1/2 off special, they haven't offered that since 2002. I wish they would offer it again,

I wanted to add a little note, the price increase I posted will be on the basic ticket but the others will be going up even more.

Cheers,
Charlene

If you collect airmiles then you can get redeem airmiles for Disney passes. That's how we always get our tickets! I have used the ticket brokers mentioned in the above post for other Florida tickets and had no problems. Kim

We were just at the Mississauga Disney store yesterday and the CM told us that the passes would be going up in price on Wednesday. We bought our 3 yr olds 7 day pass and now are completely set for our trip in 39 days....... :cool1:
