I've seen one picture, and perhaps it's chopped potatoes and carrots?

But can someone verify that?

If not, I'm definitely gonna substitute some mashed potatoes with my meal at 50's PTC!
 
I believe it is something like you describe. We've had something like this at Artists Point.

I ate it in July but couldn't really tell you all of what was in it--It was very spicy(hot spicy) It wasn't bad I just didn't care for it much

Now I know that in no way helps you--but it is the best I got even after eating it.
 
Root veggies are usually potatoes, carrots, and turnips. I really like it! :sunny:
 

Oh, I had that last week with my pork tenderloin (excellent!) at the Prime time. It was carrots, and potatoes, cubed and cooked with herbs and spices. It was quite good.

It was not spicy as far as I remember. I am sure that if you do not want to try it you can definitely substitute mashed potatoes.
 
I don't know what it is, but didn't think I'd like it, so I asked for a substitute of mashed potatoes. It was very good with the grilled chicken.
 
I didn't like it. Too hard to keep it lit :smokin:
