We are set to have breakfast on Hollywood & Vine before the park opens. So what should we head for first since we will be inside the park at rope drop?

And we are NOT riding Tower of Terror :rotfl:

Is there anything else we need to run for or get fastpasses for besides Rock n Rollercoaster?

Besides the Tower of Terror and Rock n Rollercoaster, I don't think there is any other attractions where it's must run to. Although I have seen long lines threw out the day for the various stage shows for the little kids and I am not sure how long it takes them to run out of Fast Passes.

If Toy Story Mania is open when you're going I would consider maybe getting Fastpasses for that too (although the line is really fun :)) If you're not doing Tower of Terror then you can just ride Rock n Roller Coaster first and not bother with a Fastpass (unless you want to ride it more than once) because there shouldn't be a long line right after rope drop.

Since Tower of terror is not an option for you, get on Rock-n-Roller coaster without fast pass but get a fast pass first so your group can ride it again :) It's easy at rope drop to do this.

Just like disney111 pointed out, Toy story mania is going to change the dynamics at this park once it opens. Right now at rope drop everyone heads down sunset boulevard. That will all change once Toy story mania opens, especially because it sounds like a real winner!

Voyage of the Little Mermaid is also very popular, you might want to get a fastpass for this show if your party really wants to see it.

I would get a FP to RRC, and then ride Toy Story Mania standby so that you can go through the regular queue (and at that time, the line shouldn't be that long). Then the Little Mermaid, Great Movie Ride, and then use the FP on RRC.
