Heaven help me, I just discoverd those Mocha Chocolate Atkins Advantage things! YIKES!!!

Does anyone else find they're the greatest things ever (when you're just about dying for something that's even spent time in the same room as chocolate)?

Does anyone else think they taste a whole lot like Space Food Sticks (who here is old enough to remember those little morsels)?

Do they still work if you eat 12 of them? :teeth:

Just wondering.................!

What other Atkins-approved items are so good they put you right over the edge?

omg, Space Food Sticks!!!! What a rush of nostalgia that brought on!

Those sort-of-chocolatey tubes of solidified pudding-like stuff... wrapped in oh-so-futuristic foiled paper... we could pretend we were astronauts for the day!!!

I think I'm too old to know what space food sticks are. If you like the Atkins advantage bars just wait until you taste the carbolite chocolate. YUMMY!

I wouldn't eat too many of those bars, cleo, you will be running to the bathroom if you do.

I am addicted to the Atkins Chocolate Oreo bar--two words for you--YUM-MIE!!:p Also the Atkins candy bars--the peanut butter cups--just right for those once a month chocolate craving!!

Where are you finding all these great treats?! And what is it about Johnny Depp that's so danged adorable in Pirates? :teeth:

I guess I'm going to the wrong store because I haven't seen any of the sweets mentioned so far. Where do you find them?

WalMart usually has a pretty good selection...

In the bagged candy section you should be able to find Russell Stover sugar-free candies... peanut butter cups, smores cups, truffles, mint patties, toffee squares, chocolates filled with orange or raspberry, french mints, coconut chocolates (you may not find all of them). You might also find new sugar-free Hersheys... mini chocolate bars, dark chocolate and Reese's peanut butter cups. In my opinion... no where near as good as the Russell Stover, and worse laxative effect.

In the pharmacy section, you may be able to find Pure De-Lite candy bars (very good!), Carbolite candy and bars, Atkins Endulge peanut butter cups and other candy bars (love the peanut butter cups!), and other goodies.

If you have a Walgreens or CVS nearby, you might go look there, near the pharmacy. They'll probably have Ross chocolate bars (also very good), as well as an assortment of other sugar-free and/or low-carb goodies.

I have found the best selection of Atkins products to be at Jewel/Osco. Also, go to the Atkins website and request a catalog. Everything is in there. I would not recommend the pancake mix. It is spongy, and an odd flavor. I would add vanilla and cinnamon.
And about Johnny....hmmmm....I don't know what it is.....maybe how "cool" he is, maybe the way he smiles so slyly....must be the "not-too-bad-boy" image he has.:p
