I don't have that Kim Mitchell song, but I'm adding it! I love him... saw him in concert a while back. And I don't have Goodbye to You but I do have SOmetimes Love Just Ain't Enough by Patti Smyth and Don Henley

Since no one else seems to have this song, can I declare myself the biggest geek ever?

Well, I don't have the song on my list but I do know it. And the Star Wars geek in me just has to tell you that you spelled "wookiee" wrong ;) There are two e's... (and three y's in Kashyyyk) See... there's nothing wrong with being a geek! George Lucas would be proud of both of us!

This is my original list and I've had matches for everyone except The Kinks. What, nobody at least has Lola? I love Ray Davies.

Here's some new ones

Gram Parsons - Hot Burrito #1

Tom Petty - Zombie Zoo

Sweet!!!! Excellent choice :cool1:

Sooo... I've been adding stuff to my IPod and going through my CD collection to see what else I can add. I'll bet nobody has the "Ramblin' Scramblin' Man" CD by the Flutie Brothers Gang :)

Cool thread! I'm curious if anyone else has any of these tunes:

The Cult - Love Removal Machine
Dokken - Alone Again

These two are on mine right now and some of the others like Love Rollercoaster have been there recently.

I have that song! Have you ever heard his song "Church of Disney"?

If I did it was years ago. It took me forever to get a copy of this one. There was some issue with it and it used to go for huge money on Ebay. I finally found it about 10 years ago through a friend. Someone earlier mentioned the Itunes just now got it. I will have to see if I can find "Church of Disney" though and give it a listen.

I have a song which every German has on their iPod (but which I doubt few Americans have!)

54, 74, 90, 2006 by the Bavarian group Sportfreunde Stiller, about how the Germans are going to rule the world ;)

The football world, that is! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCG7DRNM8zw
It has been redone as 54, 74, 90, 2010

I also have a lot of Eros Ramazotti, and Klaus-Jürgen Spannhoff

I don't have that, but I do have the song about Schnappi the little crocodile. I didn't list it before because I didn't think anyone else would even know what it was, but you might. And I should say I have it in Itunes, it isn't currently on my Ipod.

That's on my mp3 player!

Songs on my list that I doubt are popular on too may MP3 players are

You Can Leave Your Hat On - Tom Jones
Vindicated - Dashboard Confessional

I have both of those as well as the Tom Jones/Cardigans version of Burning Down the House which I am betting not too many have.

Bah! If I had known I was going to make so many posts I would have done the multi quote. Sorry!

*itchin Camaro - Dead Milkmen

That song is the best. It's on my MP3. DS likes it too-does a very good "Oh, I don't know.." when I ask him "Hey Jack, what's happening?"

I haven't read the entire thread but what I saw didn't mention Martin Briley's The Salt In My Tears.

Also I have a lot of Corb Lund on my MP3. The Truck Got Stuck is my favorite-reminds me of DH and his friends.

And where did you all find Run Runaway and My Oh My by Slade?? I have Napster to Go and it isn't on there. Just a Slade tribute band.

4 more songs I've been unable to find are Shine Shine by Barry Gibb, Boys Do Fall In Love by Robin Gibb, Sonic Boom Boy by Westworld, and Eye of the Storm by Rodger Hodgseon (sp?) the lead singer from Supertramp.

I didnt read the entire thread-but i bet im the most eclecitic-

When you say nothing at All-the classic Keith Whitely version
and
Physcosocial-SlipKnot-

in the same playlist.
