Funny to come across this post right now because about 10 minutes ago I was listening to "Hanging By A Thread" by The Push Stars and in so many ways it was me when I first heard the song in the Spring of 2004.

That is a life changing song for me because I was driving down the road singing along when I realized I was just hanging by a thread in life and I was afraid to change and to take the steps I needed to be myself again and to have a better life.

Anyway, as I was listening a few minutes ago I was thinking how this song is not longer about who I am but who I was. Then I started wondering what song fits me now where I am in life. I still haven't figured that out in 10 minutes.

Honestly that song changed and possibly saved my life because it gave me the courage to get out of a dangerous home life.
