What SoCal Beach?

Hey we are really looking for a good SoCal beach witha boardwalk, in a good and fresh water and sand! What beach would you recommned? Also a restaurant would be great also!

There is a sticky thread at the top that talks about other things to see - that is a good place to check out the beach info. Most popular near Disneyland are Huntington, Newport, and Laguna Beaches.
