What shows can we expect weekdays, early December?

I was just reading the off season rules & stuff & started plotting an idea.....

We currently have rooms booked for 12/7-10 (going home Friday). The thing is, we don't HAVE to go home on Friday-we could technically stay another night but probably not more than that.

I'm just wondering what shows we might miss if we don't go Friday night. At this point we're planning to go in Monday evening & then Tues-Thurs. Is there anything normally offered early December that we might only get to see on a weekend?

I was thinking I may call tomorrow & add Friday night to our stay & then if there is no difference in entertainment schedules I can always cancel it.

WWYD?

We were there the first week in December last year during the week.....Tues, Wed and Thurs. The only thing we missed (that I am aware of, anyway) is Fantasmic. The Holiday fireworks show should be playing every night....barring high winds. The canoes on the Rivers of America were also open, and they hadn't been on our previous trips. My friend went on the Friday after we left, and while it was more crowded, she was there from 8-12, as opposed to 9-8. I always want to stay in the park longer at night.....

Thanks! Do you happen to know if Fantasmic normally runs in December? I'm wondering if we might get to see it by staying Friday night??? Hurry & post the schedule DL! Ha ha ha!

Ok, I just added Friday night to our stay just in case & will cancel it once the DL schedule is up if there are no differences M-Th.

Anyone have any ideas? Does Fantasmic or anything else run during that time?

My family & I will be there on Dec. 3-7. I called DL to ask if Fantasmic and Electrical Light Parade will be running. I was told that Fantasmic will be running during that time, but I'm not sure of the exact days. I would assume Fri, Sat, Sun, but I'm not positive. I was told the ELP will be running for a couple weeks around Xmas. The cast member that I spoke to didn't have more info but she didn't think it would be in the beginning of Dec. Maybe you'll catch that when you will be there. Remember the info seems to vary or change depending who you speak to, this is just what I was told. I think you are smart to have just booked your room you can cancel later if you decide not to stay until Friday. It is so much fun planning! I can't wait!
