What should we do with our pluses?

My DFi and I have 7 Day PHPs for our upcoming trip but we don't know what to do with our pluses. It seems like they'll be wasted. We don't like water parks. Any suggestions? What are our other options?

We love PI, so atleast 3 of our pluses will go there. I would like to know if we can use our pluses for the miniture golf courses?

That's a good question. We would love minigolf. Also, I forget but do we each get two pluses with our PHPs?

Any suggestions on possible ways to use our pluses that don't include water parks? What are my other options?

Water parks, Disney Quest and P.I.

My suggestion is not to get pluses if you don't want them. Save yourself the $45 per ticket.

Actually, I purchased the tickets back in August - they are PHP. It's not that we didn't want them; we just didn't want to use them on water parks. Not only that but I checked the price and it was a pretty good deal to take them because we might like to go to PI. I just didn't want to overlook any options. Is DQ actually available as a plus for PHPs? I've heard otherwise.

No Disney Quest for Park Hopper Plus passes. No mini-golf for Park Hopper Plus or Magic Your Way tickets.

Unfortunately also, if you trade the Park Hopper Plus pass towards a Magic Your Way pass, the plusses contribute nothing to the trade up value and are not preserved.

Have you ever been to a Disney water park? You might find that you enjoy it. I was spoiled after I went to TL the first time.

No. I have never been to a Disney water park but I have no interest in going. My DFi doesn't like the water at all and, although I would go if we had more time, I don't want to waste a morning doing this.

DW and I had the same problem on our 1997 trip to WDW -- what to do with the plus features. She like waterparks, I don't -- so that was a wash. We decided to check out Pleasure Island one night and "discovered" the Adventurer's Club. It suited our collective sense of humour just right and we returned to PI for another couple of nights to gladly use up the plus features at the Adventurer's Club.

There's nothing like chatting with a fortune teller about the last time you met -- on a nudist colony's trip through the Saharan Desert.

Neil, I never even thought of using both of my pluses on the same thing! That's what we will probably end up doing as well. Thank you. You just made my day. It is just two pluses you get with a PHP, right?

Ali

Seven day PHP's come with 4 plusses.

If you don't finish using the plusses, save the ticket. Some day you will come back. You will be able to buy a new ticket with no plusses and save some bucks, and with the old ticket you can go to Pleasure Island again.

Seashore, seriously? We each get 4 plusses? Cool. We'll definitely have to save some for another trip.

The best thing about the Adventurer's Club is that you can pretend you are somebody completely different when you're interacting with the CMs. There I was, a Lutheran minister chatting with the gypsy woman about our nudist colony adventure trip through the Sahara -- what could be more different?!

Well...now that I think of it...there was that time...

We saved passes with pluses from our last trip. One piece of advice that I got and am passing on to you; write how many days and/or plusses you left left on the ticket. There's no way to check them unless you are at WDW guest services. And I totally agree with the Adventurer's Club at PI!! Kongaloosh!!

Mike

Thank you Mike for the advance. That's something I probably would have overlooked. And soon I'm going to know what Kongaloosh actually means too!
