Hello -

I am not sure what to do for arrival night? Should we nosh around Epcot on arrival day and keep my ADR for Wolfgang Puck Cafe for our last night as I have now OR . . . should I make a ressie for the first night somewhere in Epcot and bag WPC? There that's it my big dilemma!! No one wants to help me make the decision in my party either :rolleyes1

By the way, I already have ressies for

Le Cellier
Ohana's Breakfast
Prime Time Cafe
Kona Cafe
LTT - have ressies before PPP but not sure we may just eat something prior to the party so we don't have to cut the day short!!

Since the wishy-washy party members won't help you any, IMHO:

I like your current plan. WPC is a decent place to eat for that last night meal, and the EPCOT noshing idea leaves you open and flexible for any changes or delays that may occur (in your schedule) on arrival day. I think you would have more options as you have it now, rather than changing your schedule around.

Of course, as soon as you make a decision, THEN your party will want to provide some input......

Since the arrival day is always a 1/2 day, we don't spend it at Magic Kingdom. Instead we stay by the resort, then go for dinner in Epcot. This trip I have Coral Reef, and last time it was Nine Dragons. Then, on the first full day we like to go to the Magic Kingdom for the whole day, then enjoy Crystal Palace for a late dinner. :)

Here are some more details. My party is my 14 yo dd, her soon to be 12 yo cuz & her mom so I didn't expect much help from them anyway as all they care about is that they eat somewhere ;)

We have an early flight into Orlando and should arrive at the resort around 10:30 ish or so. I figured we would go to MK for most of the day and then go back to the hotel and settle in, swim, etc. and then go off to Epcot as it's EMH night so we can stay late. We used to do the Chef Mickey first night traditional dinner but my dd was younger then. I guess I'm trying to figure out if since the first day is so hectic with traveling and all if it's not just best to nosh at the different CS or something along those lines. Usually I do a dinner the 1st night but perhaps trying it this way might be more relaxing. Any other opinions are welcome and thanks.

On your arrival day, after a bit of park time, you may be exhausted, and want to grab something fast, rather than have a TS meal. Thats how we felt:goodvibes

It looks like that's exactly what we are going to do!! I just haven't read too many review on WPC and thought I might get a lot of people swaying me to go to an Epcot restaurant on the first night as we are sure to want a decent meal after traveling and touring the parks all day. At least this way I can get small things at the different CS places in Epcot though.
