What should we do first?

We arrive in Orlando this Saturday. We should be there by 1 p.m. We have 7-day tickets for US/IOA as well as Sea World/Aquatica. We won't be able to check in to our accommodations until later so we want to go somewhere. My DH and I (46 y.o) will have 4 teenage boys with us. What do you like to do as soon as you arrive? Are you staying onsite or offsite? I would go to which ever park is closer.
