What should I do??

I am SOOOOOOO frustrated right now...

I am about to close on a small home improvemnet loan, and we are at the final steps. I'm supposed to fax out some documents today, HOWEVER, I can't get ahold of ANYBODY at the office!!

I have been trying to contact my consultant is supposed to be in today... But everytime I try to dial the 800 number and even before I dial his extension, I get a prerecorded computer message of "Thank You, goodbye!", then the phone automatically hangs up.

What should I do?? I don't know what's going on..

When I worked at the bank, the phone system would often go down, and people would complain of the same thing you're talking about.

Give it a few hours and try back. They're probably working on the problem.
