What shoes with Capri's?

"I've "heard" that Odor Eaters Spray works well for that problem."

LOL, They only stink in those shoes.

I have 3 different pairs of those Skechers shoes and I have the same problem. I got tired of it, so I tried Odor Eaters and it worked like a charm. :thumbsup2 You can spray your feet and/or also the shoes. Problem solved!:thumbsup2

ohno! I'm wearing capris with socks and regular sneakers today. Are the fashion police coming for me? :rotfl:

I'm another person with narrow 9.5 sized feet, and I must wear shoes with good arch support. Plus, I just don't like sandals. But I also don't like to wear flashy, multi-colored sneakers with capris. I recently bought these shoes at Lady Foot Locker and wear them with the low-cut/no-show socks:

My heals can't take wearing sandals all summer-they crack, split, HURT if I wear open shoes for any time. What other type of shoes would look good with capris for work? I am not a shoe person so this always stumps me!

I can't help you with the shoe issue because I'm no fashion expert! lol. However, I can help you with the cracking and splitting you are experiencing. I had that problem to a point of bleeding and I found two solutions. The first is a product called "Kerasal." You can find this stuff at any Walmart. You use it twice a day and that will help your feet soften up dramatically. The second thing is that you need to shave the callouses off every month of so. There are special instruments for this purpose; just ask at the pharmacy. If you do these two things, I promise you're feet will feel great!

I wear flip flops, keds, strappy sandals with Capris. My heels get cracked easily too, so every night before bed, I lather them with foot cream and put on socks and I never have a problem!

Ballet Flats.

Tennis Shoes minus the socks, or with footie socks.

Flip Flops

Trust me, this is coming from a younger girl.

Totally agree, except I'm not a younger girl... =)

You know - I'm not even sure about the tennis shoes - at least for me. They seem so bulky with capris and make my legs look short and fat. I wore them to WDW one summer and was surprised at how stocky I looked in pictures. I go for smaller, more slender shoes with capris now if I can.

I wear capris all the time and generally just wear flip flops.

My plantar fasciitis wont allow flats.....I hope those of you that are so put out by people wearing good support shoes never find out how bad it feels to have to try to wear something on your feet just so you can walk with less pain.

I have plantar fibromatosis, so I DO know what it feels like to walk with pain. But I still wear no-show socks on the days I'm wearing tennis shoes with capris or shorts. ;)

I have used all kinds of oils, lotions, prescription lotions, etc. Nothing really helps-I think it is a genetic thing because my mom and sister had this problem too. Mine are ok in the winter it is just wearing backless shoes in the summer that aggravates things-my heals spread more when walking or something. I get regular pedicures in the summer and they help to a point but I find that shaving off the calluses makes things worse so I only have them do that when they are really bad.

I can't wear tennis shoes without socks, just can't. I wear the low cut ones though. I will have to look for some ballet flats this weekend. I need something a little dressier then Keds for work. I LOVE those black Skeetchers that someone posted. I am going to look for those too. When my heels are really bad I even wear socks with *gasp* sandals.

Good news for those of us who are "fashion impaired".
Go to any co-ed college and watch student feet. Socks and sandals are quite in fashion . They do this in the winter and the summer.especially with white crew socks. :cool1:

I agree, NO socks! Breaks your leg line up or something.

I wear sandals, flip flops, ballet flats, and Skechers similar to the posted picture. You can get several colors, prints, and styles. I have this pair, but it only matches 1 pair of Capri's I own and also denim. But I have a shoe obsession and had to have them.:upsidedow
