Snowpiercer the series on HBO Max. It's a TNT show based on the movie. I didn't care for the movie, but the series is pretty good so far.

My one friend also has me hooked on the 100.

I really enjoyed “Bridgerton”!

After “Yellowstone” (which we loved), DH & I started “Justified.” The 1st seasons were really good, & we’re almost finished w/ the series... however, it’s lost our interest & we just can’t seem to finish it.

In the meantime, we just finished “For All Mankind” - it’s an alternate reality where Russia won the race to the moon. The Russians also get the 1st woman on the moon, & the US feels pressure to land a woman as well. So they start a “women in space” program. It’s an interesting dynamic mixed in w/ some actual events & people.

At first, I thought it was a little boring & very slow-moving, but it turned out to be really good. I never thought I’d get so emotionally invested in it, but, by the end, I was.

The 2nd season is supposed to stream next month, & it’s been renewed for a 3rd season.

EDITED TO ADD - Oh, &, as a family, we’re watching “The Middle” which we love! We watched it when it aired on network TV but missed episodes here & there. It is such an underrated show! The characters are all written so well, & there’s so much humor mixed w/ some truly touching & bittersweet moments.

I love The Middle. I watch it on FreeForm almost every afternoon. The episodes where they go to Disney World are my favorite because I can totally relate to Sue and her over planning. I think this show's Disney episodes are my favorite of any series I've watched that goes to Disney World. For anyone who's interested they're actually airing the Disney episodes of The Middle on FF this Friday beginning at noon.

I finished The Clone Wars and am currently watching Rebels. Both of these shows were hard to get into at first. It feels as though they began as something directed more towards kids before taking off into something made by Star Wars fans for Star Wars fans of all ages.

I just finished a complete re watch of The West Wing on Netflix. Need to find something new.

Omg. Ironically the escape from politics- the west wing. Did you ever try newsroom. It was another Sorkin but was short lived. I don’t know where to get it right now. But it was really good. Or you know what? Have you seen American President? It’s very west wing. Again Sorkin

The making of Frozen 2 is a great limited docu-series. It will make you cry (especially if you know back story on people and how they got to where they are). On Disney+

DH and I started Vikings a few days ago. I'm having a hard time getting into it. We recently watched Last Kingdom and Norsemen, and I loved those, so I thought Vikings would be a winner for us, too. So far, not so for me. DH is enjoying it, though.

Just a question where you talking about the period costumes in Reign?? Because if you where most of the women clothes where no where near period costumes. I hated Reign for turning an intelligent woman into a idiotic teenager. Loved the way her husband was portrayed as a good looking hunk that was funny as he was a sickly little boy who unfortunately suffered from undesended testicles. As for killing his father too sickly for that and didn't die heroically saving Mary he died of an ear infection. This show did him and the others such a disservice I mean Bash ( non existent) being his father's favourite and trying to legitimise him never happen couldn't happen no one would have stood for that and the girls what happened to the four Marys? given stupid names and stupid stories none of them died in France definitely non was executed three of the four married and had children two died in their late thirties on in her fifties and the last about 72. If you want to have a costume drama make up a country then you can do what you want but don't turn an interesting time into mush.

OK but since it was a soap opera and not a history textbook, I’m fine with it. And given the wording of your post, I should also point out that I didn’t personally have any involvement in the writing or production of the series.

Every now and again we've been going on a binge of episodes of Taskmaster on YouTube. It's a bit of an acquired taste. Definitely a particularly British sense of humor, completely absurd, often rude, and yet somehow frequently oddly insightful in a twisted and offbeat way. Despite not being episodic or scripted in the way of a continuing storyline I definitely recommend searching out season one episode one to start and continuing from there.

Because The Stand was so terrible I decided to use our CBS trial to look for something else to watch. Found Why Women Kill. I thought from the title but it would be one of those true crime things, but it’s not that at all. Hilarious dark comedy.

I am currently watching Superstore which I am enjoying. I recently watched Firefly Lane which I really like. I also always have a Korean drama or 2 on the go as I have developed an addiction to them this past year. Just started a new one “Hello. Me”.

Ted Lasso was epic; probably the best show I've seen in years. Right now we're binging For All Mankind, also on Apple. Their original content is very good but unfortunately there's not a ton of it.

Now that I‘ve finished Schitt’s Creek I started watching Arrested Development - it’s just ok.

I‘m watching Fear the Walking Dead while I’m on the elliptical - it’s very good

I’m rewatching the original The Walking Dead with DH because he decided after I finished it that maybe he would like it. It’s been fun rewatching it - there’s a lot I forgot.

Eventually I’ll rewatch Downton Abbey which is my favorite TV series of all time

No it doesn't. I watched all of it thinking it would get better. Poor acting all around. Not a big fan of Whoopi but I always thought she was a great actress but even she was bad in this.
