What sections/lands/attractions don't open at park opening?

I don't know if this changes for different times of year, but I want to get a handle on what is not available right at park opening.

This is what I'm remembering:

Toontown - opens at 10am
Dinoland?? later than park opening??
WS opens at 11

What else??

Kali River Rapids typically opens a half hour after AK opens. AFAIK, Dinoland opens at the same time as the rest of the park.

we took the train right over to Toontown and everything seemed to be open to me at about 9:30am this past week. I could be wrong though.

You are right about World Showcase. They open at 11am - Future World opens at 9am but closes at 7pm which seems kinda early to me. TT, MS, and Spaceship Earth stay open until 9am though in that area.

Also MGM closes all ride line at 8:25pm, all food places at 8:30pm, even though Fantasmic lasts until 9pm.
