What room?

If we do stay at the BW what room would you suggest we request? We would like to stay by the pool with the clown slide and at least maybe able to see illuminations at night, and most importantly, easy access to the lobby, motor coach, boat, and walkway to parks!?

First of all, Welcome to the DIS. You will find great information here to answer your questions.
Second of all, you should never request a room, but rather a more generic request such as a specific location, or a specific view. If you request a specific room the chances of you getting that exact room are slim and none, AND the CM's have no idea WHY you requested that room to help meet that request. So saying Illuminations view, or near the Lobby are better bets.
Thirdly, you have conflicting needs. There is no way to overlook the Clown Pool AND see Illuminations. They are on opposite sides of the resort. Are you staying at the Boardwalk Inn or the Boardwalk Villas? They are on opposite sides of the resorts. The Villas overlook the Clown Pool. You are more likely to see Illuminations from the Inn. Either can be near or far from the Lobby and the Bus stop.
No room, or area, meets all of your requests. What is most important to you?
Decide that, then make those requests (near Bus Stop, or Illuminations View) in the order of importance to you

We were overlooking the clown pool last year and it was a bit noisy. It didn't bother us, but I could see how some would find it annoying.

Otherwise, I agree with Hopefully...you will not be able to find a single location at BW that fits all your criteria.
