What Room View options are best at BC?

We are going to Disney in 3 weeks. It will be our first time at the BC and were wondering what options there are for room views and which ones are the best through your experience?

I know it is a little late to put in a request but I would like to try.

When we stayed at BC in December, we walked all the way to our room at what seemed like the furthest possible hallway from the front desk - it actually was, it turned out. When we opened the curtain to the patio, we had a not-so-lovely view of the trees. I was a little disappointed. I think I was expecting as fabulous a view as we had last year at BWV overlooking the Boardwalk. Anyway, turns out this was a great location. We were only a few rooms away from the stairs and once out of the building - Epcot was right there - only a few minute walk. It was great! And we could also catch some of the higher fireworks during Illuminations (when we weren't watching them in person!)

Here are a couple of views from our balcony on our last trip. This was a fifth floor room overlooking the quiet pool. I'm sure there are better views but this was nice & quiet. Great for coffee/drinks on the balcony!
