What restaurants require a jacket at Swan and Dolphin?

I think I am losing my mind. We had a family reunion Thanksgiving 2001 and everyone had to meet up to eat once a day and then they could go on their merry ways. DH is not a park type of guy (been there done that) and he stayed behind at the Dolphin where we were staying. After DS and I got back from the parks, DH said he almost ate at Shula's but they wouldn't let him in without a jacket.

I've been reading the posts about Shula's and it seems that the dress standards are not what DH remembers them. Have they changed or am I completely confused? DH will have a jacket with him this trip and I suggested Shula's since it will probably be the only time he has a jacket with him. If we get there and he sees men in "resort casual" he won't be happy. (being deprived of a steak when he tried to eat there before and having to wear a jacket only to find out he did have to wear it. You know what I mean?)

Is there another place that has a "jacket rule" that DH is confusing Shula's with or have they changed their attire?

None at the swan or dolphin require jackets. The only place in all of Disney that I can see rquiring jackets is V & A's.

AS far as I know Shula's states it is "Resort Casual" but on our visits it is "WDW Casual" which to me is anything goes.

We did not eat at Shula's. Shula's is not made for kids.
But we did eat everywhere else.
Walked in Dolphin Fountain & Tubbies wearing t-shirts over our bathing suits
with sandles.
We wore shorts and t-shirts at Gulliver for dinner.

PS- the staff does a 50's dance at the Dolphin Fountain
every hour or so during lunch time. My DH taped it (they did it
on my DH's request when we were there)

we've eaten at shula's 4x and with both of our kids with us -5 and 3

its the best rest on site

no dress code- we always wore shorts and tshirts
